The Museum’s collection is formed entirely of works of art that the sisters Pobres de Santa Clara de Gandia offer, generously to contemporary society to be referred. The desire of the legatees of this valuable cultural heritage is that parts are within the reach of all citizens, which is enjoyed and that each of the paintings, sculptures and liturgical exhibits continue to be transmitters of the artistic, cultural and, above all spiritual values that were created at the time. The collection is the cultural legacy donated by Dukes, nobles and potentates that, over time, have formed a magnificent collection of art from the 15th to the 19th. Among the funds, visitors can admire works of painters Paolo da San Leocadio, Nicolau Falco, Joan de Joanes, Riverside, or sculptors Joseph as Pedro de Mena. It highlights an important example of silverware from the 16th century.
